On Wednesday I took myself out for the afternoon: lunch, coffee, and a walk in the zoo. I purposely visited some animals I wouldn't normally and was lucky to find the gorillas out and active. Nadaya, the silverback of one of Woodland Park's two troops, seemed slightly suspicious of me, but nonetheless stayed where he was, posing a little like I was taking his high school yearbook photos.
The black and white image was a conversion in Lightroom, an opportunity for me to play around with the custom color conversion controls instead of a plain monochrome conversion.
